I'm a PhD student in Atmospheric physics at the University of Oxford, interested in modelling the behaviour of the coupled climate system using interpretable machine-learning methods. In between long days at the desk, I get to visit the Met Office and travel around the world for conferences. Notable places include Vienna and Boston.

Before coming to Oxford, I studied physics at Warwick, with brief stints at Imperial College London and an AI start-up along the way.
Outside academia, I like to keep things somewhat less structured. My interests span an eclectic collection of hobbies, a slightly excessive number of sports, an ever-growing music obsession, and what I maintain is a perfectly reasonable appreciation of pubs.
